We have been building custom homes and remodeling homes and condos in Bonita, Naples, and Marco Island since 1995. Complete Care Air is our preferred a/c subcontractor for all of our remodel projects. We also recommend them to our clients for their maintenance and repair services.

Complete Care Air is responses quickly to your needs. I was never a fan of regular AC maintenance because there were always more issues after the maintenance. Complete Care Air has kept my three (3) Ac units running well for almost 18 years. Their techs do a great job.
Really good experience. Technician was on time and found the problem. Told us the part that was needed had to be ordered. Gave us Quote and called when part was delivered. Made appointment to finalize the repair. Very competent and efficient. We will definitely use this firm again. Highly recommend them.

They have the most qualified technicians we have experienced, and their service is the best! Scott gave a competitive bid on top of line Trane equipment. Explained everything fully. Added a great air filter and UV light for better air quality. The guys spent the whole day getting everything installed. Working excellent ! Had a little hiccup a couple days later but they came right over and got everything working in fine shape. Recommend their services for sure.
I love this company. No-one loves to pay for a new unit. Lets be honest. However when the day comes it comes, you need a reliable/honest company to help you. We bought an older home and knew the units were both at the end of life. We replaced one with them and then a year later the other one died. Both times- they gave me several options to choose from and explained in detail of what each machine provided and also any upgrades or just basic machines- because of that I felt more comfortable with them- they were not pushy with buying the most expensive. They even gave options of repair and filling with fluids if that was the route I wanted to go. We now have 2 beautiful units. On top of the installations and quality of units/work I accidentally locked my screen on my thermostat and the owner called me on a Saturday to walk me through how to unlock it! There are honest small business owners out there and this place is one of them!
We have been extremely pleased with Complete Care Air. They were wonderful about helping us with problems with our old A/C then when it was time, they did an excellent job of installing our new A/C. Everyone we have dealt with there has been professional and knowledgeable, yet they seem like friends too!
I had to have my AC attended to as it wasn’t working well- they sent a tech out and were able to get it back up and going within a short period of time. Since the fix, my 10 year old AC unit quit for good. It was quickly swapped out and installed in one day. The guys were great, very helpful, walked me through all items and I highly recommend!

As a small business owner of a unit in a high multi-story building, meaning my AC is on top of a very high roof, I dreaded the AC repair visit after noticing my temp was fluctuating. Scott came out right away, and hands down knew what he was doing from beginning to finish. Honest, reasonable repair and I also signed up for their even more reasonable maintenance plan. We plan to book this company for our home AC care as well!
