The AC went out one weekend and after trying different places, this was the one that was willing to come out that day, quickly, without charging a fortune. Initially I left a message on Saturday, and heard back within 10 minutes. The problem turned out to be caused by something we were already aware of, though we did not realize it at the time. The price we were quoted with much less than what we had previously been told by a different company. It was done very quickly as well. We absolutely highly recommend Complete Care Air, and will definitely use them again

I started using Complete Care Air about 6 months ago after good (but not great) experience with an alternative service provider. So far, the maintenance and repair services offered by Complete Care have been exceptional. They’ve been very responsive on scheduling service — especially important when your AC is out, they’ve accurately diagnosed issues and secured repair parts in a timely fashion, they’ve thoroughly serviced/maintained the units, they’re very knowledgeable about the equipment, and their service and maintenance costs are competitive. I would highly recommend them.

All of the staff are so friendly, attentive, patient, professional, prompt and HONEST. I was shocked at their quick response time and attention to my issue. Scott, his wife and his team were great. We called them back in 2020 when our AC stopped working, Scott came out on a Saturday and fixed it at a reasonable price. In 2022 our AC blower stopped working. We called them again on a Saturday and they responded. This is when the dedication to a client's concern and comfort really shows. We asked for a blower that was not the more expensive name brand blower for our unit, you know for certain dollar and cents reasons. It was noisy. They came out a second time to address our concerns and changed it. Still noisy. Scott came out a third time and mind you on a Saturday no less. He really went far beyond the norm. He reduced the noise and we were never charged extra for the second or third visit. Thank you Scott and team. You really care.

I have a service contract with Florida Cool but they refused to send someone out to repair our AC even though we explained to them that we were leaving town early in the morning to attend our son's wedding. They didn't care at all. Thankfully, our neighbor took the reins and called, Complete Care Air. Cameron came out promptly and worked tirelessly to fix the issue even though we weren't clients. Well we are now.
This is an amazing company. I've only used them once so far, so am not very familiar with their technical expertise. But I had a number of questions before they came to do a routine maintenance, and they took a lot of time on the phone to answer my questions. They feel like a small-time company, that cares about its customers. I will continue to use them in the future, and so far, can give the highest recommendation.
