I have been using this company for years. Having a relationship with an A/C company is important when you have unexpected issues. They have always been on time, have competitive rates and their employees are professional, knowledgeable and have always explained anything I wanted to know about my system. I am a big fan of their preventative maintenance system. Ever since I started using it I have had minimal A/C issues.
This is a company that cares. They care about you and the care about doing great work for you. We called them after a lightning strike and after two other companies gave us crazy high and crazy low estimates. These guys made sense and delivered top quality work. Highly recommended.

Since moving here 5 years ago, I have been through 3 other AC Companies, which turned out to be nightmares! I found Complete Care Air online and called based on the ratings & reviews. They are THE BEST!!! They came out last year on Father's Day when my AC stopped working. Their Service is Excellent, Knowledgable Guys, Reasonable Rates & they offer 24/7 emergency service, as well, which came in handy, as I had a very elderly and ill dog who was prone to heat stroke when my AC went out in the Heat of the Summer!!! Great company! Installed a brand new 2 ton unit on the second floor of a stilted house. Runs great. Employees were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them.
Very happy with the service we received. Our A/C went out and Complete Care Air was at the house on a Monday with the news that we needed a new unit. New installation was done on Thursday but they came each day in between if we needed more freon to keep us running. The installation went well and the guys were very professional and friendly. They came when they said they would; and the price was very competitive. We also signed up for the annual maintenance agreement. We would highly recommend them.
We chose Complete Care via recommendation. They came the next day as promised, diagnosed our problem, repaired the clog drain that had shut down our A/C Unit, evaluated, cleaned & serviced the entire unit and reassured us that it was in good mechanical condition at 14 years old. Their Representative, Hayden, was terrific in keeping us informed and communicating throughout his trip. We felt their price was reasonable & that we received good value for the services they provided. We will definitely use them again.
